As our bio states, each of our listings is from the same private collection, acquired by the same individual over nearly 50 years. She worked for Waterstones Piccadilly in downtown London, across from The Piccadilly (5 star) Hotel where incoming stars would stay.

She had access to the scheduling of who would be staying, and when the time was right, would politely ask for their autograph. She also drove by the Top Of The Pops Studios on her way home from work (knowing who would be there), and again, politely ask for their signatures for their latest release. She acquired autographs at most all of the UK concert venues including Wembley Stadium, Hammersmith Odeon, Royal Albert Hall, etc..

The 2nd part to her collection was acquired directly from a close family friend in Japan. This friend was a Press and Publicity Executive for Sony Group Japan where she amassed original signed memorabilia items over her 40 something-year career.
